The house meets on a rotating basis, with several cuts of meat and accompaniments, Among the highlights of slats and ribs are the ribs of beef, lamb and suckling pig. Accompaniments include fried polenta with cheese, fried flour and salads. The house was opened in 1995 and also serves requests by tele-delivery.
