Inaugurated in 1985, the two units of the launch Keko, specialize in pastels. Sweet or savory snacks are usually accompanied by soft drinks produced in the region, like the famous Orange. Among the more than fifteen toppings available are the traditional meat and chicken with cream cheese, and sweet banana and chocolate.
Pastel is essentially the equivalent of the Spanish empanadas. They are frequently about 4 inches by 6 inches in size.
