Perfume Museum
Museu do Perfume is not only a museum but a factory and a shop as well. This is the first perfume based museum in Brazil! With over 450 bottles of classic perfumes on display. Give the psychological test a try while you're there to find the best fragrance for you or your spouse!
Right in the lobby, there are the classics of the World Perfumery, a tribute to the great international perfumes by FRAGRAM. With approximately 450 bottles, like Violeta di Parma, created especially for Marie Louise, second wife of Napoleon Bonaparte.
Additionally, you can find curiosities like: the meaning of the word perfume, notions about the history of perfume, concepts and terms used in the perfumery world.
In the main room there are also exposed the techniques used to extract the essences, raw materials used and their geographical locations.
It is also the physiology of the sense of smell and psychological tests that guide the choice of perfume, according to the personality of each person.
