Renting a home can be a completely different experience when vacationing.  The concept is simple enough, rent a home from someone in Brazil and stay there for a short term.  As a renter, you get a much better rate than a hotel, you get a full house and often a much different cultural experience.  Instead of being locked away in a touristic part of town with every other tourist, you will likely be living in a beautiful home with locals all around you.   If your vacation plans include staying more than 2 weeks, a FRBO can be very attractive.

If you find a house for rent and need assistance in dealing with a language barrier, cultural issues, payment issues or have any questions, please feel free to contact us!   Often short term rentals in Brazil are handled differently than many other countries, where they come with very few amenities, so it is necessary to ask many questions about what is included and what isn't.  Some people have setup their rentals for locals to rent, while others understand that people traveling in from other countries aren't going to want to bring sheets, towels and pillows!
