The Palacio dos Festivais is the location of the Festival de Cinema de Gramado, where Latin America's movie awards take place.  This is a yearly event, but the theatre is open all year around for movie goers and patrons.

This place is situation in Downtown Gramado, which has many other interesting places to visit, including Street Deck a very touristic place.  Any traveller will want to stop through all of these locations to get a good feel for the city.
