Natal is a beautiful city in the northeast of Brazil. Its location is the closest point to Africa and Europe, and has several directly flight from Portugal due to it's proximity. The city is one of the safest capital cities in Brazil, along with no slums making it fairly easy to access and fairly safe. Two of the main contributing factors to its explosive tourism growth over the last decade. Many developers have been building modern apartment complexes and selling them to foreigners as a location to vacation in, move to, or retire in. Natal has some of the cleanest air in the world, with most of it coming directly from Africa, and across the altanic ocean, having been nearly completely purified by the time it reaches the shores of Natal. Natal is the second most sunny city in the world, having the second most sunny hours in a year. Anothe great selling point, for those worried about traveling around the world, only to end up with grey clouds. The tourism industry has exploded in Natal, and one of the most popular tourism activities includes the dune buggies. They go out into the dunes and take visitors to various interesting areas, and activities setup throughout the city. There are several "paths" that these dune buggies take, so while there might be hundreds of buggy operators out there, they're all sharing just a handful of government regulated paths, which go through ecologically protected areas and even private property.
