The Teatro Abril was an initiative that stated as a culture reference in São Paulo. Considered "one of the most traditional theaters in the city," by the SP Guide website, is one of the main references in promoting events in the city. The guide also mentions that the Teatro Abril " was a pioneer in Latin America in view of sound films," in addition to receiving such artists as Nat King Cole, Louis Armstrong and Maurice Chevalier.

Luxurious, comfortable, with a program worthy of Broadway, the playhouse is a stage of great music in São Paulo and the most sought after by tourists.
