With the Sugar Loaf Mountain as a backdrop, one of the most classic strokes out of Red Beach, go to Copacabana, passes through and comes to Fort Island Cutunduba in front of Copacabana Beach and close to the bar of Guanabara Bay.

Waterskiing and Wakeboarding
While the complete indifference of the authorities regarding the cleaning up of the Lagoon, it is still one of the most accessible of the country for skiing and wake. Besides the beautiful setting, with the right blessings of Christ the Redeemer and the possibility of flat water almost daily, the lagoon is the place to concentrate the best instructors in town, like professionals in the Lake Wakeboard Ski School and Rio Wake Center.
Anyone know how to swim and have a good physical preparation is able to try the sport. How falls can be dangerous if you're new venture is not without an experienced instructor, even if it has all the necessary equipment. This kind of "adventure" sucks! Remember that risk is healthy only when associated with responsibility.
