THEATRE AND GALLERY
Opened in April 14, 1988, with capacity for 395 people, three dressing rooms, central air conditioning, a piano, stage lighting equipment, a sophisticated sound system, and audio visual resources and excellent acoustics for the space, ACBEU Theater is considered one of the best theaters of Bahia. It has a rich and varied program of popular and classical music, theater and dance, with performances Tuesday through Sunday, featuring local artists, national and international.
The ACBEU is an active and important for growth and renewal of Brazilian music and theater and constantly in their programming includes shows with new and emerging groups in all areas of the arts, as Nonato Luiz, Yamandu Costa, Armandinho, Arto Lindsay, Lantern piece and Maria Bonita, among others.

Hours of operation of the Theatre box office ACBEU
Wednesday to Friday: from 14h until the time of the show and from 14h to 19h, if there is no show.
Saturdays and Sundays (when there is an adult show): from 16h until the time of the show.
Saturdays and Sundays (when children and adults show): from 14h to 16h and from 17h until the time of the show.

Important Notes
The exchange of invitations will be possible only in ACBEU Theatre box office until one hour before the show.
According to the interim order issued by the federal government, which came into force on 20.8.2001, is allowed access to children under 18 without the presentation of student ID, just to appear (both at the box office and in Ordinance) the identity document issued by the competent public agency verifying the age to be eligible for half-price. For 18 years, however, the sale of half price is only possible for students to present their student card of Salvador, in the year 2006 issued by UNE, UMES, UBEs, UESIS and / or ABES and identity document.
Over 60 years, not 65 as required by law n º 4,991 / 95 pay half-price at the Teatro ACBEU; just the presentation of ID at the box office and in the lobby of the theater. This measure aims to encourage the coming of a greater number of people with the best age to the theater.
Purchase tickets, will only accept cash or overdraft, the square, and the presentation of ID. Parking near the theater ACBEU
