Pelourinho Theatre
Opened in 1975, restoration of houses that form the tourist complex-SESC SENAC Pelourinho, the Theatre has two rooms: one with a stage in the format and the other Italian semi-Arena.
After an extensive renovation in partnership with the State Government, the area was reopened in 1998 with a new infrastructure that inlcui hall, ticket office, administrative area, foyer, breakfast bar, dressing rooms and stage lighting.
The SESC policy action is based on artistic development site, to provide guidelines and support projects in the cultural and democratic access to culture, to provide contact with cultural and educational activities that contribute to personal growth and social development of commercial employees and dependents, and the general public.
