Location: A.P.A. Environmental Protection Area of Serra do Mar. Distance from the center of Morretes to the base of the mountain: 6 km of paved road, 8 km of dirt road and 1 km of track.
Sights: Path Itupava - Porto de Cima Ferrovia Paranaguá-Curitiba.
Walking Options: Abrolhos: 1200 m altitude - 2:30pm. Far Ponta do Tigre: 1400 m altitude - 3pm. Far Olympus: 1539 m altitude - 3:30pm.
Facilities: Administrative headquarters, a small museum, free camping with toilets and showers, COSMO (the Relief Corps Mountain), accommodation for researchers, BPAMB (Environmental Police Battalion).
Attractions: The historic railway stations and Marumbi Engineer, small museum, objects telling the story of the mountains of the park, pools, Taquaral River near the headquarters, overlooks, Curitiba railroad and Paranagua Coastal Plain.
