Américo Alvarez Theater

Americo Alvarez Theatre opened on November 5, 1986, under the name of Theatre Artists and Students, having worked until 1990 as the Research Center for the Performing Arts. In 1992 he was retired, and then renamed Americo Alvarez. Closed in 1997, was reopened in 2001 by the State Government after being reconstructed and modernized. Integrates the organizational structure of the State Secretariat of Culture (SEC).
