With dunes, palm trees, white sand and calm clear waters this a beautiful beach for relaxing on.  Sabiaguaba Beach has several small tents setup that sell oysters and crabs on the beach, fresh and tasty with a cold beverage.  Roughly 20 km from downtown Fortaleza, this beach is fairly accessible to all.

This quiet beach, with its landscape of dunes, palm trees, fine sand, and natural pools at low tide offers a great relaxing spot.  Fishing is very popular here, and one of the great attractions is the local cuisine, with its undoubtedly huge supply of oysters.

The park of dunes and beach are part of an environmentally protected area now, with a goal of protecting the area, it has seen a boom in eco-tourism and a development of sustainable activities that don't jeopardize the environment.
