Dragão do Mar
The Dragon of the Sea Center Art and Culture Center as one of three units linked to the Institute of Art and Culture of Ceará (IACC), the Center of the Sea Dragon Art and Culture is the largest, especially in other parts of Brazil and even abroad.
There are 30.000m2 of area to experience art and culture, with attractions like the Memorial Cearense Ceará Culture Memorial, the Museum of Contemporary Art, Theater of the Sea Dragon, the movie theaters in the Space Unibanco Sea Dragon, the Sergio Mota Amphitheatre, an auditorium and Rubens de Azevedo Planetarium.
The architecture of the Center of the Sea Dragon is characterized by its bold lines, designed by Ceará architects Delberg Ponce de Leon e Fausto Nilo. Built in an old harbor area, the Center of the Sea Dragon has in its surrounding bars, restaurants, craft shops and theaters.
The Center of the Sea Dragon is a space for people to meet, promotion and dissemination of art and culture, which was conceived by the Secretary of Culture of Ceará, journalist Paulo Linhares and then Governor of the State of Ceará, Ciro Gomes, in the 90th decade.
The place is very fun and beautiful, especially at night when it fills with young locals and tourists. The Sea Dragon has most of its programming with free or with a symbolic price in order to form the variety of artistic audience.

| Ponte dos Ingleses (historical) - The English Bridge, popularly known as the Metal Bridge, has a long history of fascination on the population of Fortaleza and about their visitors.
