Passion fruit mousse, quindim (a coconut, egg yolk, sugar treat that is to die for), brigadeiro (a freshly made soft candy prepared from scratch with condensed milk, chocolate, and ground chocolate), beijinho (similar to brigadeiro, but with coconut and without chocolate), cocada (a tasteful treat made with fresh coconut, sugar, and plenty of diverse flavors, either fruit, chocolate, or caramel), tapioca cake, coconut cake, guava jam cookies and more. Brazil's puddings are also appealing, being the milk/condensed milk and caramel pudding an all times preferred.
