In the Republic Square, the main attractions are the paintings and drawings. It houses more than 600 craft stalls and markets mainly coming from the North and Northeast, as well as neighboring countries like Peru.

Necklaces, earrings, home objects and many other items that show the face and culture of Brazil and enchant visitors from all over come to enjoy the creativity of artisans.

Many local artists make their works there. There are also ornaments and handmade dolls, clothes, jewelry and other items. Another major attraction is the food. Barbecue, sweet and Chilean empanadas are the most sought.
