Trilha dos Macacos
The Monkey Hill (Morro do Macaco) is located in Bombinhas, 78 km from Florianópolis between the Conceição and Canto Grande beaches and has a beautiful view of the breathtaking 360-degree region, which also includes the beaches of Zimbros and Mariscal and the surroundings of the Arvoredo Reserve, as well. The Hill has an altitude of 150 meters and can be accessed by an easy trail that takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.
Getting there:
Following the seafront of Praia do Canto Grande to the coast, keeping on the left, you get to Conceição Beach. Halfway between the two beaches is a landmark featuring the trailhead. The sunset from the top is amazing.
