Traditional snacks such as liver with onions, sirloin and ribs flambéed with rum liqueur. Cachaça is attraction, after all, the house takes the name of rum produced by the owner's family, the Secret of the Patriarch. Brazilian pubs range from very informal, lower class establishments to very formal, higher end places. Unlike most North American pubs, most of these pubs are wide open to the public with no formal entrance.
